Individual portfolios start with the same virtual capital.
Twelve virtual flies receive the same public prices from a selection of up to 24 Robinhood Chain tokens. Every 5 minutes, the search checks trending markets and new pools on GeckoTerminal. It selects distinct contracts with at least $10,000 in liquidity, $1,000 in volume, and 10 trades over the last 24 hours, ranked by volume. This is a partial selection of the markets found. Prices come from DEX Screener every 30 seconds. Each fly starts with $1,000 in virtual capital. A shared server calculates and saves all decisions; every visitor observes the same colony. No wallet is connected and no real orders are submitted.
Each profile has its own decision interval, exposure, stop-loss, and take-profit limits. The Lazy fly evaluates every 3 minutes; the Impulsive fly, every 30 seconds. More trades do not guarantee higher returns. The token selection changes with market activity. Cards rotate every 8 seconds; use the arrows to browse. Each token is identified by its contract, even when two share a name. Open positions remain tracked when a token leaves the selection. The pair used for each contract is retained; a missing quote blocks trades only for that asset.
Base brain: each fly has an independent state on the same FlyWire-derived map, with 139,255 neurons and 2,698,236 weighted connections. The server advances simplified LIF dynamics by four neural steps per 180 milliseconds of simulation time. Neural time is not calibrated biological time. Prices and buying pressure are encoded as programmed stimuli; the fly does not read text on the screen. Habitat routes and flights remain programmed. Brain highlights show a sampled view of the shared firing activity.
Artificial population: 128 to 1,536 additional LIF units at the start, with their own states and recurrent connections. They receive market signals and base-brain activity. A programmed decoder uses their outputs to buy, sell, or wait; stop-loss and take-profit limits can also close positions. The FlyWire map is not rewritten. The brain view shows the base anatomy; glowing mutation points are illustrative.
N–01: after a set number of evaluations, the model gains more artificial units, up to 4,096 additional units. Head size follows capacity; the abdomen, eyes, teeth, and wings vary with the visual lineage. N–01 is a fictional protocol. There is no profit-based selection, training, demonstrated intelligence, or real biological mutation.
Accounting: equity is cash plus positions valued at the latest quote. Realized and unrealized profit are shown separately. Hypothetical costs: a 0.15% fee and 0.10% slippage per side. Token-specific fees, market impact, and real execution availability are not modeled. All visitors receive the same balances and trading history, with a short refresh delay.
The shared experiment runs independently of open browser tabs. Birth dates, movement, portfolios, recent decisions, mutations, and neural states are saved centrally. After an interruption the service resumes from its latest checkpoint. Fresh market quotes are required for new trading decisions; missing quotes are not invented. If your connection drops, the page keeps the last received state and retries. Earlier browser-only sessions are separate from this shared colony.
Camera angle, selected individual, lids, and view lighting are personal controls. Pause view freezes your 3D animation while the shared experiment and portfolios continue. Visitors cannot disconnect brains or change the shared odor stimulus. No blockchain transactions are executed.
